Ingredients

  • Butter: half a cup
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Onion: 8 slices
  • Broth: 4 cups
  • Dried herbs: 1 teaspoon

  • French bread: 4 slices
  • Provolone cheese: 4 slices
  • Swiss cheese: two slices
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup (grated)

How to prepare

Heat butter and olive oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat.

Add the onion and fry until soft, making sure that it does not harden.

Add broth and dried herbs, season with salt and black pepper, and cook on fire for 30 minutes until boiling.

  •  Starch: 2 tbsp

  •  Salt: to taste

How to prepare

In a medium saucepan, put the boiled corn, chicken breast, broth, cooking cream, liquid milk, and lemon juice, and bring to a boil until heated and before reaching a boil.

Dissolve the starch in water and then add to the saucepan, stirring quietly until the mixture is close to boiling.

Add soy sauce and stir for two minutes.

Serve the soup on serving plates.

Ingredients

  • Oats: half a cup
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic: 3 cloves (mashed)
  • Onion: 1 grain (minced)
  • Sweet green pepper: 1 grain (chopped)
  • Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
  • Beef: half a kilo (cut into small cubes)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Mixed condiment: teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: half a teaspoon
  • Water: 6 cups
  • Parsley: 2 tbsp

How to prepare

Fry the onions in butter in a deep bowl over medium heat until the onions are wilted, then add the garlic.

Add the meat, black pepper, allspice, and cinnamon and stir until the meat turns brown.

Put the peppers, and tomato paste, keep stirring and then pour 4 cups of water, cover the bowl and leave for about 30 minutes.

Add the oats and the remaining water in the soup bowls and garnish with parsley.

Serve the soup hot.

Cream cheese soup

Ingredients

  •  Cooking cream: half a cup
  •  Onion : 1 grain (medium size / minced)
  •  Garlic: two cloves (minced)
  •  Butter: quarter tablespoon
  •  Chicken breast: 2 breasts
  •  Flour: 2 tbsp (white)
  •  Milk: half a cup (liquid)
  •  Chicken broth: 3 cups
  •  Cheddar cheese: quarter cup (grated)
  •  Salt: to taste
  •  Black pepper: to taste

How to prepare

Heat the oil and add the onion and garlic for 5 minutes until browned.

Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and stir in white flour.

Add the chicken to the onion and stir until slightly leveled, then add the chicken broth and milk.

Simmer and stir every five minutes for half an hour.

Turn off the heat and allow it to cool, then mix all the ingredients with a hand mixer.

Return the mixture to the fire and add the cooking cream.

Add cheddar cheese, salt, and spices.

Serve hot.
