  • Chopped medium onion. 
  • Two tablespoons of cheddar cheese, grated.

  • A teaspoon of meat or chicken seasoning. 
  • A teaspoon of cinnamon.
  •  Black pepper and salt-to taste-. 
  • Whipped egg yolk. 
  • Butter to grease. 


How to prepare 

Stir the onion in oil in a pan on the fire until it withers. Put the mushrooms on top of the onion, and stir it. Add spices, and chicken pieces, and stir the ingredients together. Sprinkle flour over the chicken mixture, and stir.

 Add the broth, stirring it continuously so that the flour does not clump. Let the ingredients boil for about three minutes.

 Remove the chicken mixture from the heat, leave it to cool, then put the olives and cheese on top, and stir them with it.

 Grease a baking sheet with butter, and then put the dough in it after straightening. Place the chicken mixture on top of the dough, then fold the ends over the filling until completely covered. Grease the surface of the pie with egg yolk, then bake in the oven until golden.
