Sauce:


  • One-third of  a cup (80 ml) soy sauce.
  • 2 tbsp (25 g) brown sugar.
  • 2 tbsp (25 g) oyster sauce.
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) rice vinegar.
  • 2 tbsp (25 g) honey.
  • 1⁄4 tsp (1.25 g) ground black pepper.
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) sesame oil.
  • Teaspoon (5 g) sesame.
 
Put soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, vinegar, honey and black pepper in a bowl, and, stir well until the ingredients are combined.
Place the chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, and chili peppers in a large saucepan over medium heat, and stir well for two minutes.

Add the soy sauce mixture, stir well, then bring the mixture to a boil.
Cover the pan and simmer for 45-60 minutes until the chicken and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

Add sesame oil, sesame, and green onions, and simmer the chicken over medium heat for five minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly, and the green onions wilt.
Place the chicken in a serving dish, and serve hot with the rice.

Ingredients:

  • (500g) thinly sliced beef.
  • One medium-sized onion is chopped.
  • Finely sliced green onions.
  • Carrot fruit cut into rings.
  • crushed garlic clove.
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) soy sauce.
  • Tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil.
  • Teaspoon (5 g) sugar.
  • Pinch of black pepper.

How to prepare:

Put soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl, and stir well until the ingredients are combined.

Add meat, carrots, and onions, stir well.

Wrap the bowl with a plastic bag, then refrigerate for two hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius.

Place the meat and vegetables in foil, then place on a baking sheet.

Put the tray in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes, until the meat is cooked.

Place the meat in a serving dish, garnish with green onions, and serve hot with rice or noodles.

  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, diced to medium size.
  • A glass (250 ml) of curdled milk.
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce.
  • Tablespoon (12.5 g) recovered Dijon.
  • 1⁄2 1 cup (225 g) flour.
  • 3 tablespoons (30 g) chili powder.
  • Teaspoon (5 g) salt.

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp (25 g) Korean red hot pepper puree.
  • Teaspoon (5 ml) soy sauce.
  • Teaspoon (5 g) honey.
  • 1⁄2 teaspoons (2.5 ml) sesame oil.
  • 2 tsp (10 g) Dijon mustard.

How to prepare:

Place the chicken, yogurt, soy sauce, and mustard in a large bowl, stir well, then set aside for 20 minutes.

Put flour, chili, salt, and black pepper in another bowl, and,, stir well until the ingredients are combined.

Dip the chicken in the flour mixture, then Brown in copious oil until golden.
