 ingredients:

  •  half-cup (300 g) ground biscuit 
  • 1/4 cup (100 g) melted butter
  •  1/4 cup (50 g) water 
  • 1 cup (200 g) yogurt
  •  1 cup (100 g) sugar 
  • 1 cup milk (100 g) milk powder
  •   half sachet Caramel Caramel 
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) 
  • Cup Nescafe coffee (240 ml) 

how to prepare: 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Mix the biscuits and butter well, then put them in a tray and press them with your hands until flat. Put the tray in the oven for 10 minutes. 

In an electric mixer, add milk, yogurt, sugar, and half a cup of water and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture over the biscuits and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

 Over medium heat, add water, caramel cream, and Nescafe, stirring constantly until boiling. Pour the caramel mixture over the yogurt layer. Put the tray in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Yogurt cake

 ingredients: 

  • 11⁄2 (300 G) cups of the whole yogurt 
  • 2⁄3  cups oil 250 g
  • 1 cup of sugar 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) vanilla 
  • 2 1⁄2 (450 g) 1 cup flour 
  • 2 teaspoons (10 g) baking powder quarter teaspoon
  •  (1.5 g ) bicarbonate of soda
  •  half teaspoon (2.5 g) salt

how to prepare: 


preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then grease the cake pan with butter. Mix yogurt, oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt, beat the mixture with a whisk well.

 Pour the mixture into the tray and put it in the oven for 50-60 minutes, but after you reduce the heat to 140 or 150 degrees.

Fruit yogurt: 

ingredients:

  •  Cup (200 g) of yogurt
  •  teaspoon (5 g) honey banana, apple, pear, or guava
  •  2 pack plain biscuits (optional) 

how to prepare: 

in a deep bowl, add the biscuits, yogurt, and honey and stir well. Add the mashed fruit and stir.  To add guava: peel the guava and remove the sowing. 

Beat the yogurt mixture with the guava in a blender, and if the mixture is still light add more biscuits. To add pears or apples, boil and mash them first and then add them to the yogurt. To add bananas mash the fruit and add them to the yogurt mixture.

Banana smoothie with yogurt:

 Ingredients: 

  • 1⁄2 cup (100g) of yogurt 
  •  Cup (200 g ) of milk
  •   medium banana, sliced 
  • 2 ice cubes 


How to prepare:

 Place the banana slices in an electric blender. Add yogurt and yogurt to the banana slices, mix thoroughly. Put the ice cubes in a blender, mix the ingredients again until smooth. Place the banana smoothie with yogurt in serving glasses and serve.

Caramel yogurt dessert 


Ingredients

  •  Envelope of Gentlemen's tea biscuits. 
  • A glass of ground sugar.
  •  A finger of butter. A glass of powdered milk. 
  • Envelope of cream caramel. A can of yogurt.
  •  A tablespoon of regular sugar. 
  • A glass of water.

how to prepare: 

 We begin to grind the biscuit with a food processor until smooth, then put it in a deep plate. Melt the butter finger until liquid, then add it on top of the biscuit and stir until we have a homogeneous mixture. 

We spread the biscuit dough in the tray to be prepared, preferably a Pyrex dish, and then bring it into the refrigerator until it hardens well. 

Put the yogurt in a bowl, then add the powdered milk and ground sugar and mix with an electric mixer until the ingredients are combined.
 Add the previous mixture on top of the biscuits until completely covered, then put the tray into the oven until it hardens and freezes the buttermilk layer. Remove the tray from the oven and set aside until completely cooled. 

Put the water, cream caramel, and a spoonful of sugar in a pot on the fire and stir well until it boils and the cream caramel is completely dissolved. Pour the cream caramel over the yogurt layer and bring it into the refrigerator until it hardens well, then cut and serve cold.
