  How to make tea biscuits:

1- Mix the milk, oil and orange juice in a bowl

2- In another bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, salt and baking powder, then gradually add the liquid milk mixture to it with constant stirring.

3- After you get a homogeneous dough, spread it on a table above the flour, and cut it in the form of biscuits, either with a biscuit machine or with a knife as you wish.

4- Arrange the biscuit pieces in a tray and use a fork to pierce the surface of the dough and put it in the oven for a quarter of an hour.


 Butter biscuits


 Ingredients for making butter biscuits:

  •  1 1/4 cup flour
  •  3/4 cup powdered sugar
  •  1 teaspoon starch
  •  2 eggs
  •  1 teaspoon baking powder
  •  1/2 kg butter


 How to make butter biscuits:

1- Put the butter in the electric mixer and add the sugar to it, then turn the mixer on until the mixture of butter and sugar is well combined, then add the eggs one by one, then turn on the electric mixer again and leave it for a minute.

2- Add the vanilla, ammonia, baking powder and flour to the mixture and continue to beat for several minutes at a low speed, that is, at the first degree, until you have a soft dough, leave it for a quarter of an hour to rest.

3- Shape the dough and bake it in the oven.

 Chocolate Biscuits Ingredients:

  •  2 cups flour
  •  1/2 cup + 1 spoon as brown sugar
  •  1/4 cup oil
  •  50 grams butter
  •  and half spoon Baking powder
  •  1 spoon r vanilla
  •  an egg
  •  pinch of salt
  •  (outer layer)
  •  1/2 kilo raw chocolate
  •  2 spoon as oil


 How to make chocolate biscuits:

 1- In the electric mixer, put the butter and oil and beat well, then put the brown sugar and beat well and mix well,

 then add the egg and then the vanilla to get a mixture of medium texture without any lumps, then put the baking powder on the flour until a dough is formed

 2- Cut the dough into sectors. In the absence of sectors, we use a bowl lid, then we prepare a sheet of paper, put butter paper in it and grease it with oil, then put biscuits on it and make holes with the dough with a toothpick.

 3- We put it in the oven, then we prepare the outer layer, which is raw chocolate with a spoon of oil, and we melt the chocolate in a steam bath with the large spoon of oil.

 4- We start assembling the biscuits and put them between the biscuits so that they stick, then we lower the biscuits into the chocolate, then we take them out and put them on a grid until the excess chocolate is cleared.

 Coconut Biscuits Ingredients:

  •  2 cups of flour
  •  ½ cup sugar
  •  ¾ cup fine coconut
  •  ¾ cup of ghee
  •  2 tablespoons of milk
  •  Baking powder spoon
  •  1 egg + egg yolk
  •  a grain of salt
  •  vanilla


 How to make coconut biscuits:

 1- Beat the ghee well, then add the sugar and beat well.

 2- Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating.

 3- Add the baking powder with coconut to the flour with a pinch of salt.

 4- Add the flour to the mixture of ghee, sugar, eggs beaten with coconut and milk and form the dough, then roll it out using a rolling pin and cut it into circles.

 5- Put the biscuits in the tray and put the tray into the oven at a medium temperature.

 6- Leave the tray in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

 Honey Biscuits Ingredients:

  •  150 grams of flour
  •  2 eggs
  •  50 grams of white honey (bee honey)
  •  50 gm powdered sugar
  •  1 teaspoon fine cinnamon


 How to make honey biscuits:

 1- Beat the ingredients of honey, eggs, sugar and cinnamon until you get a thick or smoky mixture.

 2- Now sift the flour and gradually add it to the previous mixture.

 3- Knead the mixture until you get a soft and smooth dough, then cover the dough and leave it for about 15 minutes.

 4- The dough is formed into a cylindrical shape about 5 cm in diameter and left in the refrigerator until it freezes.

 5- After taking it out, cut the dough into circles ½ cm thick.

 6- Bake this dough in a hot oven for 15 minutes.


 How to make swiss roll biscuits


 Swiss Roll Biscuits Ingredients:

  •  2 and a half cups of flour
  •  cup of soft butter
  •  ¾ cup of sugar
  •  1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  •  ½ teaspoon baking powder
  •  ½ teaspoon vanilla
  •  an egg


 How to make Swiss roll biscuits:

 1- Beat the butter in the mixer until it becomes white, then add the vanilla, egg and sugar and beat the mixture well.

 2- In the meantime, mix the flour with the baking powder, and then add it to the mixer gradually until you get a homogeneous and cohesive dough. The dough is then placed in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

 3- Divide the dough into two parts so that one part is spared, add cocoa to the other part and knead it again.

 4- Roll out the first dough in the form of a rectangle and roll out the second dough in the shape of a rectangle, then put the second dough on the first and roll it like a Swiss roll and then cut it into thin circles.

 5- Put the biscuits in a greased tray and put them in the oven at a medium temperature for 15 minutes.
