 Chocolate Date Sweets

  Ingredients:

  •  a kilo of dates
  •  300g chocolate chips
  •  to decorate
  •  coconut
  •  or ground pistachio


  To prepare date desserts:

 We remove the seeds from the dates, using an electric machine, finely chop the dates

 Form the dates into small balls, all of the same size

 Melt the chocolate chips over water vapor

 Dip the date balls in chocolate, and immediately dip them in coconut or pistachios (as per availability)

 Put the date balls in the fridge for at least an hour and they are ready.


 Honey candy

  Ingredients:

  •  Half a liter of milk
  •  Half a liter of liquid cream
  •  Sugar 4 tablespoons
  •  a cup of starch
  •  vanilla oud
  •  biscuit
  •  sauce
  •  Half a cup of honey
  •  ½ cup jam

  To prepare the honey dessert:

 In a cooking pot, add milk, liquid cream, sugar, starch and vanilla bean

 Stir with a hand mixer until the starch is completely dissolved

 Turn on the fire and keep stirring until the milk boils

  How to make tiramisu:

 In a glass bowl, add the cream powder and cups of milk and whisk them with an electric mixer until the consistency of the cream is thick

 Dip the biscuits in the milk and immediately lift them so that they do not become wet and crumble. Half of them are in a cake tin.

 On top of the biscuit layer, put a layer of cream and distribute it evenly

 Repeat the layers 3 times and decorate the surface with crushed biscuits

 Put the tray in the freezer for an hour before serving

  •  cinnamon teaspoon
  •  Animal ghee, two tablespoons

 Method of preparation of mamounia:

 In a pot, add water, sugar and cinnamon and leave them on the fire until they start boiling

 In a frying pan, add the ghee, and after it melts, add the semolina and keep stirring until the semolina becomes golden

 Add the roasted semolina to the water and leave them on the fire, stirring until the mixture becomes thick

 Pour the mamounia into a serving dish and decorate with cream or cheese and pistachios.


 Sweets for children

  Ingredients:

  •  butter 250g
  •  4 cups of flour
  •  powdered sugar cup
  •  starch half a cup
  •  Half a cup of coconut
  •  2 . eggs
  •  4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  •  Zest half a lemon
  •  vanilla envelope
  •  baking powder envelope
  •  the filling
  •  jam to taste
  •  to decorate
  •  coconut
  •  hazelnut powder
  •  melted chocolate granules


  To prepare sweets for children:

 In a glass bowl, add the flour, starch, sugar, coconut, vanilla extract, baking powder and lemon zest

 We also add butter, eggs and vegetable oil and knead by hand until we get a soft dough

 Divide the dough without resting into two parts and start preparing:

 First, we put a nylon food bag, then put the dough on it, and then put another bag on top of the dough

 Using a spoon, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 20 mm

 We remove the nylon from the top and take the desired shape by printing sweets as shown in the pictures

 We do the second part in the same way

 Half of the dessert is placed in an oven tray lined with butter paper to prevent sticking

 Put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

 Remove the cake from the oven and set it aside to cool completely

 With a brush, we wipe a layer of jam with apricots, and then close it with the second layer

 When finished, wipe half of the biscuit with jam and dip it in the powdered hazelnut

 On the other hand, put the chocolate chips in a frying pan over a low heat with two tablespoons of vegetable oil

 This is to prevent the burning of the chocolate and also to give a shiny color to the chocolate

 Using a spoon, add the chocolate to the other half and place it on the oven grid until it dries

 This dessert is kept in the refrigerator.
