 1- Season the chicken with salt and pepper well, then put it on a flat plate.

 2- Mix the yogurt, garlic, turmeric and lemon juice, mix all well, then pour the mixture over the chicken pieces.

 3- Season the chicken pieces well with the sauce, cover and put in the refrigerator for two hours.

 4- Remove the chicken pieces from the refrigerator half an hour before cooking, then roast for a third of an hour, stirring occasionally, then serve with lemon slices.


 Yellow chicken seasoning


 Seasoning Ingredients:

  •  6 boneless chicken breasts.
  •  4 tablespoons minced parsley.
  •  Half a cup of lemon juice.
  •  3 cloves of garlic finely chopped.
  •  spoon of sweet pepper.
  •  tow spoons of hot Curry powder.
  •  Quarter of a teaspoon of cumin.
  •  Salt and black pepper.
  •  Half a red onion chopped.

 1- Add all ingredients, except chicken, into a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside.

 2- Make small and many holes in the chicken breasts, then put them in the bowl with the ingredients, and let them saturate with the flavor of the sauce for two hours.
