Quick and Easy Chicken recipe

 Chinese fast food with vegetables


 Ingredients:

  •  A whole medium sized chicken.
  •  Six large fruits of fresh tomatoes.
  •  Three medium-sized onions.
  •  Four large potatoes.
  •  A tablespoon of white salt.
  •  A teaspoon of curry.
  •  A teaspoon of black pepper.
  •  Half a large cup of vegetable oil, corn oil, or ghee.
  •  Half a large cup of fresh green parsley.


 Method of preparation:-

 To prepare quick meals with chicken, we cut the chicken into four or eight pieces as desired, then clean them and put them in a deep bowl covered with water, add salt and white vinegar, and leave them for an hour.

 Then we wash it well under running water and leave it in a colander until the excess water is drained.

 We take half the quantity of the tomatoes, wash them well, then cut them into large cubes, put them in the electric mixer and mix well, then filter the juice and leave it aside until use.

 We wash the rest of the tomatoes, then cut them into circular rings and set them aside.

 We peel the hero, then we wash it well under running water, then we cut it into circular rings, put a little white salt on it and leave it until use.

 We peel the potatoes and cut them into circular rings, put them in a bowl, wash them well, then cover them with water and leave them.

 Then we wash the green parsley well and chop it until it becomes a very fine powder.

 We bring a saucepan over a high heat and put a little oil in it and when it heats up, put the chicken pieces with a little parsley in it and keep stirring until it gets rid of the excess water in it.

 Then we bring a large tray and put chicken pieces with slices of tomatoes, onions and potatoes with tomato juice and spices from white salt, black pepper and curry.

 Then we cover the tray with a piece of aluminum foil and put it in the oven for forty-five minutes.

 Then we remove the aluminum foil and light the grill until you get a beautiful golden color and then put it in a serving dish.

 Ingredients:

  •  One large chicken.
  •  Two large onions.
  •  One large cup of curd.
  •  Two tablespoons of soy sauce.
  •  A tablespoon of white salt.
  •  A teaspoon of black pepper.
  •  Two tablespoons of dried thyme.
  •  Two tablespoons of rosemary.
  •  Two tablespoons of white vinegar.
  •  Four cloves of garlic.


 Method of preparation:-

 To prepare quick meals with grilled chicken, we bring the chicken, then cut it into four pieces, then clean it, then put it in a bowl covered with water, salt and white vinegar and leave it for an hour.

 Then we put the bowl in the refrigerator from evening until morning so that the chicken absorbs the flavor well.

 Then we put the mixture in a tray, cover it with aluminum foil, and then put it in the oven for at least two hours.

 Then we remove the aluminum foil and leave it under the grill for a quarter of an hour until it gets a beautiful golden color, then serve it next to rice with noodles with salad.

 Ingredients:

  •  Five hundred grams of boneless chicken breasts.
  •  Three large glasses of water.
  •  Three tablespoons of chickpea flour.
  •  Two tablespoons of fine white flour.
  •  One large cup of fresh, full-fat yogurt.
  •  One large cup of hot tomato sauce.
  •  Three cloves of garlic.
  •  The number of one fruit of hot green pepper.
  •  Plenty of oil for frying.
  •  One large cup of cornflakes powder.
  •  Three large cups of breadcrumbs.
  •  Half a large cup of fresh lemon juice.
  •  One teaspoon of white sugar.
  •  A tablespoon of white salt.
  •  A teaspoon of black pepper.
  •  One tablespoon of ground chili powder.


 Preparing quick meals with chicken:-

 We wash the chicken breasts under running water, then put them in a bowl covered with water, put a little white salt and white vinegar in it and leave it for an hour.

 Then we wash it well with running water and then leave it aside to get rid of the excess water with it.

 We peel and wash the onion well, then chop it finely until it becomes a very fine powder.

 We wash the pepper fruit and chop it well until we get a very fine powder.

 Peel the garlic and then mash it until it becomes a very fine powder.

 In a large deep bowl, we put water, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, yogurt, minced hot pepper, hot tomato sauce, chickpea flour, minced onion and garlic mash. We mix the ingredients well.

 Then we put the chicken pieces and mix them well with the mixture, then put them in the refrigerator for at least ten hours so that the chicken absorbs well from the mixture.

 Then we bring a tray and put the cornflakes with the white flour and breadcrumbs and mix them well, then we put the chicken piece and cover it well with a layer of this powder and so on until the entire quantity is finished.

 Then we put the oil in a deep frying pan over a high heat, and when the oil heats up well, we put the chicken pieces until they get golden and are placed in a serving dish.
