Ingredients
- 75g butter,
melted, plus extra for the pot.
- 75g of strong
white bread flour will be perfect and if you want brown flour, then
you can use it also.
- 150g instant polenta.
- 1 tbsp baking powder.
- 3 eggs
- 350ml whole
milk which is around one cup and half of the milk.
- 100g mature
cheddar
- 2 small or 1
medium courgette (about 200g), trimmed and roughly grated.
Instructions
First step,
start by heating the oven to reach a high temperature of 220C/200C and then, in a pan, get the butter
around 900 grams and line the loaf tin with butter along with the baking area.
Second step,
start with the mixing of the flour along with the polenta and the baking powder
in a separate bowl and add around 1 tablespoon of salt to the mixture.
