  • 2 cups whipping cream

  • Pomegranate seeds to taste
  • Halabi pistachios as desired


How to prepare


In a bowl, mix the flour, pistachios, starch, baking powder, cardamom and salt.

In another bowl beat the eggs with the sugar until homogeneous.

Place the same amount of cake in an oven tray lined with parchment paper.

Put the other amount in the second tray.

Put the tray in the oven until the cake is cooked.

Hide the cream for the filling.

  • 3⁄4 pistachios

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1⁄2 1 cup flour


How to prepare

Beat butter with sugar until homogeneous.

Add vanilla, eggs, yogurt, salt, baking powder, and flour.

Whisk, then put the pistachios and stir with a wooden spoon.

Enter the cake into the oven until tender.

Beat the cream ingredients and then refrigerate.
