Ingredients:

How to prepare

- Add salt, black pepper, oregano and allspice, stir well.

Ingredients:

How to prepare:

- Finely chop the chicken pieces, then add garlic and mustard to them.

- Add salt and white pepper to the mixture, and mix well until the dough is obtained.

- The dough is pelletized into balls and spread out to obtain tablets of equal size.

- Dip the hamburger discs in the flour, then in the beaten egg, then in the breading.

- Put in vegetable oil in a frying pan on the fire, stir on all sides until obtaining a golden color.

- Put in bread greased with mayonnaise, adding pieces of lettuce or cabbage, pieces of tomatoes and onions.

 Serve with French fries.

Ingredients:

  •  A kilo of minced meat mixed with a little fat
  •  medium onion, finely chopped
  •  Fruit of green chili pepper
  •  A tablespoon of white flour
  •  Whipped egg;
  •  A tablespoon of salt
  •  A tablespoon of mixed spices
  •  Half a tablespoon of black pepper
  •  A teaspoon of cinnamon
  •  Amount of oil for frying
  •  Hamburger bread
  •  Ketchup
  •  Mayonnaise;
  •  Slices of tomatoes
  •  Slices of onions;
  •  Slices of cheese
  •  Slices of pickle

How to prepare:

- Mix the beaten egg with flour, salt, black pepper, and the formed spices well.

- Add the previous mixture to the minced meat, and mix the mixture.

- Add the onion, and mix well.

- Form the dough into discs, then place on top of each other on each disc and the other a sheet of butter.

- Hamburger discs are placed in the freezer for consistency of about half an hour.

- Remove from the freezer, put the oil in a pan on medium heat for a minute, then the heat subsides, and are fried with stirring on both sides until fully cooked.

- Put on oil-absorbent paper, and put in bread greased with ketchup and mayonnaise.

- Add to the bread both sliced tomatoes, onions, cheese, and pickles.

How to make soy burgers


Ingredients

  • half a kilo of minced meat
  • a cup of crushed soy beans soaked in water
  • onion powder
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • garlic powder
  • Salt
  • ketchup
  • yogurt
  • grated cheddar cheese

How to prepare


1-filter the soybeans well and then put it in the kibbeh

2-put the minced meat, onion powder, garlic powder, flour, yogurt, ketchup, salt and pepper with soy and mix them well

3-put the grated cheese with the mixture and then put it in the refrigerator for about a quarter of an hour.

4-Add the minced meat and continue mixing and then form the mixture in the form of a burger

5-put in a bowl on the fire a little oil and add the burger to Brown

6-put the burger on the grill and is stirred on both sides until level

7-cut onions and tomatoes in the form of slices and then spread the live  bread with ketchup and mayonnaise and then put the burger pieces with sliced onions and tomatoes
