How to make pasta:

How to make pasta with white sauce
Ingredients:
- 500gm of (noodles) of your choice.
- 1/4 kilo or a little more (chopped chicken breasts), after cutting them into squares,
- Chicken can also be replaced with shrimp.
- 1 cup of (fresh mushrooms) sliced or canned after washing with water and vinegar and filtering, as you prefer.
- Two tablespoons of (grated cheddar cheese).
- 1/2 teaspoon each (salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon and ginger)
- A quantity of (chopped parsley).
- 2 tablespoons (oil)
- 2 cups of (milk)
- 2 tablespoons (flour)
- 2 tablespoons (butter)
Method of preparation:
Boil the pasta in plenty of water, salt and a tablespoon of oil.
We saute the onions, then the garlic, and then add the mushrooms to them and continue to saute.
Put the chicken or shrimp, as you prefer, in another bowl, then put the butter with the flour and stir in the flour
Stir constantly over medium heat until it turns golden.

Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon of (crushed garlic).
- 1 cup of (basil leaves).
- 2 tablespoons of (butter).
- 1/4 g (long pasta)
- salt and pepper as needed.
- 1 tablespoon of (parmesan cheese) grated.
Method of preparation:
First, season the chicken with salt and pepper in a suitable bowl.
Take a suitable frying pan, heat the olive oil, and add the chicken pieces to it

How to make macaroni pasta
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo (pencil pasta or snails).
- 1/2 kilo (beef), cut into very small cubes (or shredded chicken breasts, or minced meat).
- 2 medium size potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes.
- 2 (Garlic cloves) mashed.
- 1 (large onion), sliced.
- 1 (hot pepper), to taste.
- 6 cups (water).
- 2 tablespoons of (tomato sauce).
- 1 and a half cups (tomato juice) fresh and filtered.
- 2 tablespoons of (oil).
- 1 tablespoon (butter).
- 1 tablespoon (minced parsley).
- 1/2 teaspoon (ginger powder).
- 1 teaspoon (curry).
- 1/2 teaspoon (mixed spices).
- Salt and black pepper.
Method of preparing the mabkaba:
On a medium heat, heat the oil and butter together, then add the meat, salt and black pepper, and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the onions, and stir with the meat until it wilts, then add the garlic and stir.
Add tomato juice, ginger, curry, spices and sauce, and stir well.
Then add the water, and leave it until the meat is cooked, then add the potatoes, pasta, salt and black pepper,
And stir well again.
Cover the pot, and leave it on a low heat until the pasta and potatoes are tender.
Put the mabkaba in a serving dish, and decorate it with parsley leaves.
