Diced meat and potatoes

Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 kg (500 g) diced meat
- 1.4 kg (250 g) small potatoes washed and cut into small pieces
- 2 large onions thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) oil

How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Over medium heat, heat the oil, add the onion and a pinch of salt, and stir until browned. Add pieces of meat, and roast until discolored.
Add the potato pieces and stir for three minutes, then add salt, black pepper, and garlic and stir for a minute. Put this mixture in a clay casserole (pram), then cover with foil (foil).

How to prepare
in an electric blender, put the juice of onions, tomatoes, vinegar, ketchup, garlic, soy sauce, allspice, coriander, cloves, cardamom, honey, salt, and black pepper, mix well. In a large bowl, place the marinade, add the meat to it and stir well, then refrigerate, covered with transparent plastic wrap (nylon) for at least four hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 Celsius. Grease the grill with a little oil, then grease the pieces of meat until they take on the color of the barbecue. Lift the meat, then put diced onions and colored peppers, and stir for three to five minutes.
In an oven tray, place the pieces of meat and cover with foil, then place in the oven for 40 – 45 minutes. Heat a piece of charcoal, put it in foil, pour a little oil on it, immediately put it on top of the meat, and very well for five minutes, so that it takes the taste of barbecue.
Place the pieces of meat on serving plates, with diced onions and grilled peppers.
Potato tray with meat
Ingredients:
- kilo (1000 g) potatoes peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces
- 1⁄2 kilo (500 g) meat diced
- 6 large fruits tomatoes peeled and finely
- chopped cup (250 ml) water
- 2 large onions chopped
- 4 large garlic cloves chopped
- teaspoon (5 g) mixed spices
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) oil salt and black pepper
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Over medium heat heat the oil, then add the onion and stir for 5 minutes until wilted.
Add the garlic and stir for a minute, then add the meat and stir until it changes color. Add salt, black pepper, and spices and stir for three minutes. On medium heat, put tomatoes, a glass of water, and black pepper, to bring to a boil.
Grease the tray with butter, lay out the pieces of potatoes, add the meat, and stir with the potatoes. Pour tomato juice, cover the tray with foil, and below and in the oven for an hour or until the meat is tender.
