Arrange the zucchini in an oven dish, then spread the salt, and add the butter, cheese, and garlic mixture.
Bring the dish to the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until the ingredients are tender.

Ingredients

  •  Zucchini: 2 pieces (large size / chopped fingers)
  •  Salt: a teaspoon
  •  Eggs: 2 tablets
  •  Rusks: half a cup (ground cakes)
  •  Parmesan cheese: half a cup (grated)
  •  Dried herbs: half a teaspoon

How to prepare

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and line an oven tray with parchment paper.
Spread the zucchini fingers in the tray, season with salt, and leave for an hour.
Beat the eggs with half the rusks, Parmesan cheese, and herbs.
Dip the zucchini fingers in the egg mixture and then the rest of the rusks and drain in the tray.
Place the pan in the oven for 25 minutes until browned and crispy and serve hot.

  •  Zucchini: 2 grains (grated)
  •  Eggs: 1 grain
  •  Olive oil: tablespoon
  •  Salt: half a teaspoon
  •  Black pepper: half a teaspoon
  •  Parsley: quarter cup (chopped)
  •  Breadcrumbs: two-thirds of the cup
  •  Flour: one-third of a cup


How to prepare

Put the grated zucchini in a kitchen towel and squeeze the mixture until you get rid of excess water, then transfer the zucchini to a bowl.

Add the egg, oil, salt, breadcrumbs, flour, and black pepper, and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Form medium balls from the mixture, then line the oven tray with parchment paper and place the zucchini balls on it.

Place the pan in the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes until browned.
