 2- Add the olive oil to the flour, then add the previous yeast mixture with the salt, and knead it well until it becomes a cohesive dough.

 3- Put it in an oiled bowl, cover and leave it to ferment and double in size.


Pizza sauce:


 Ingredients:

  •  A small onion, chopped.
  •  Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  •  Three grains of tomatoes.
  •  Red or hot red pepper.
  •  Half a teaspoon of sugar.
  •  Pinch of salt and black pepper.
  •  Two tablespoons of ketchup.


 How to make pizza sauce:

 1- Chop the onion and stir it in the oil and add the tomatoes with sweet or hot peppers as desired

 2- Preheat the oven

 3- Cover the mixture a little until the ingredients are soft.

 4- Add salt, black pepper, a pinch of sugar and a little ketchup or tomato paste, or you can mix the two together.

 5- Leave the mixture to dry and do not use it as a liquid because, as we have already mentioned, it will be difficult for the pizza to ripen in this case.

 6- Leave the sauce to cool down and do not put it on the dough while it is hot.

 7- Roll out the dough, and after the sauce has cooled, spread it over the dough, add the other ingredients you want, and then put it in the preheated oven.


 Chicken pizza:


 Ingredients:

  •  cup of cheese
  •  1/2 cup pre-made pizza tomato sauce
  •  4 chicken breast slices
  •  Zaatar


 How to prepare chicken pizza:

 After you have spread the prepared sauce on the dough, put the cheese on top of the dough.

 - Cut the chicken strips into small pieces and fry them over a medium heat with olive oil and bay leaf.

 After the chicken pieces turn golden, put them in a bowl to cool slightly.

 Start with chicken strips.

 Sprinkle the thyme on top of the pizza.

 Now put the pizza in the oven at 170 degrees.

 Ingredients:

  •  100gm grated romano cheese
  •  100 g grated cheese
  •  Pickled black olives
  •  Tomato rings - bell pepper rings


 Method of preparation:

 Put the flour in a deep bowl and add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix, then add the water and oil, knead well, cover and leave in a warm place until the dough ferments.

 - Prepare the layer of the sauce by adding the sauce paste with the egg, salt, pepper, thyme and mustard in a dish and stir them well.

 Grease the pizza trays with a little oil, spread the dough in the tray, then paint with a layer of sauce, then stack the rings of tomatoes, bell peppers and olives, and embed the dough with a fork so that it does not swell during baking.

 Bake in a medium heat oven for 15 minutes.

 Then the dough comes out, cheese is added to it "all the grated cheese" and it is returned to the oven again until the cheese melts.

 Remove the pizza from the oven and cover it with a cotton towel for a few minutes, so that it remains soft.
