 Dough Ingredients:

  •   2 and a half cups of flour.

  •  Three tablespoons of dried green thyme.

 How to prepare

 Put the thyme, olive oil and water in a deep dish, stir and set aside for a few minutes.

 Put two cups of flour in the mixer bowl with the addition of yeast, sugar and salt, install the dough hook and run at a slow speed for a few seconds until the materials mix with each other.

 Distribute olive oil over the dough using a wide brush, then distribute the cheese, and roll the dough over the cheese to get a long roll, you can cut it into medium pieces, fix the edges well and roll the roll in a spiral shape.

 Bring a tray with a high edge and then put the roll in the tray.

 Put the eggs in a small dish, add a pinch of black pepper, stir with a fork until the eggs are homogeneous, and brush the roll with the eggs using a wide brush.

 Distribute the sesame on the roll, cover the roll and leave it in a warm place until it doubles its size.

 Heat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius.

 Bake the green thyme roll for twenty minutes, until it acquires an appetizing golden color, and serve it warm or cold.
