The following recipe is considered to fit 4 persons as it will make around 12 pancakes.

The main ingredients

-      Plain flour ( you can use around one cup which is 200 gm)

-      Baking powder (the secret ingredient for fluffiness—use one tablespoon)

-      Sugar (one tablespoon)

-      Salt (one pinch and be careful not to put more salt)

-      Milk (One cup)

-      Egg (just one egg)

-      Butter (you can add two tablespoons around 25 gm, use after it is melted completely and hot)

-      Oil (one tablespoon)




Cooking time

The first step is to get a bowl, add baking powder, salt, sugar, and flour through the sieving method. Mix them all together.

The second step, heat the butter and use after being completely melted and hot to the bowl, along with the milk and the egg.

The third step, use your egg whisker and beat the mix until you get a smooth fluid which is the pancake batter.

The fourth step put the oil in the pan and heat on medium heat and adds one small teaspoon of butter.

Once the pan has been heated, add every pancake and be careful not to make them close to each other. In the first, you will find bubbles on the surface; flip afterward to the other side.

The fifth step removes once you see the golden brown color of the pancakes.
