 How to make delicious and easy chicken at home :


 First method:


 Ingredients:

  •  Yogurt or full-fat yoghurt.
  •  Tomato paste or cooked tomatoes in the form of a sauce at home.
  •  Two cloves of garlic, mashed by hand.  A large onion.
  •  A small spoonful of ginger.
  •  A tablespoon of vinegar or juice of half a lemon.
  •  A small spoonful of the following spices mixed together (curry, black pepper, salt, fine cardamom, cinnamon, paprika).
  •  Chickens washed well with water, then with salt and vinegar, then washed again.


 How to prepare the mixture:

 Mix all the ingredients together and using a wooden or plastic spoon, mix the ingredients well.

 The chickens are rubbed well and holes are made in different areas of the chickens and pricked with the eating fork.

 Enter the mixture in all parts of the chicken and under the skin.

 Leave the chicken in a glass dish in the mixture for 6 to 8 hours continuously.

 The chickens are removed from the mixture and placed in a wide oven tray, and the remains of the mixture sauce are added to it, then covered with aluminum foil for the oven.

 And left in the oven for a period ranging from 40 to 60 minutes.

 Remove the aluminum foil and open the grill to give a beautiful golden color to the chicken tray.


 Second method:


  Ingredients:

  •  4 fruits of tomato.
  •  2 large onions.
  •  Bunch of green leaves (cilantro, parsley, dill, rosemary).
  •  Full fat yoghurt.
  •  All kinds of spices that you have in your kitchen (salt, black pepper, garlic, hot pepper, soy sauce, chopped lemon, one tablespoon of vinegar, one tablespoon of pomegranate molasses, one tablespoon of sugar).
  •  Chicken according to the number of your family members washed and prepared as mentioned in the previous method and can be dusted with flour to prevent feeling any smell if you are sensitive to the smell of fresh chicken.


 How to prepare the mixture:

 Put all the above ingredients in a deep glass bowl so that such acidic ingredients do not interact with the plastic container.

 Stir the ingredients well in one direction.

 Put the chopped chicken pieces, preferably grilled chicken, that is, their size does not exceed half a kilo to a kilo so that the taste of the mixture appears in it and achieve both in a short time.

 Make holes in the different parts of the chicken, insert the mixture into it, and leave it for 8 hours, making sure to cover the dish with foil for the refrigerator.

 Take out the chicken with the mixture, put it in a suitable tray, add a little water, close it well, and it can be ironed over the fire directly, then put it in the oven and grill to take a color only, or iron it in the oven according to your choice and convenience.

 Enjoy the wonderful taste of healthy marinated chicken without any fat or oils and fats.


 Third method steps:


 Ingredients:

  •  Three quarters of a cup of yogurt is about 200 grams.
  •  A cup of hot sauce or tomato sauce for those who want the regular taste.
  •  A mixture of ground spices (cumin, dry coriander, black pepper, ground cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder).
  •  Two tablespoons of soy sauce.
  •  A large spoonful of pomegranate molasses.  
  • Lemon juice, vinegar and salt.
  •  Chicks as desired and the number of family members.


 How to prepare the mixture:

 Mix the ingredients in a glass bowl well using a hand mixer.

 Add the chicken pieces after washing them well as we mentioned and add them one by one to the mixture, taking into account that the mixture enters all parts of the chicken meat well.

 It is possible to add one egg to provide the nutritional value and the softness of the chicken to be suitable for children.

 Put the chicken and the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

 Take out the chicken in the oven tray and add a sprinkle of olive oil and dry wild thyme and close it tightly or a piece of paper from the short and put it in the oven at a temperature of not less than 180 degrees Celsius for an hour and a quarter to an hour depending on the size of the chicken.

 Remove the lid and open the grill until the chicken takes a nice golden color.


 Fourth method:


 Ingredients:

  •  Onion finely chopped with electric kebbeh.
  •  8-10 cloves of minced garlic.
  •  Half of a dried orange peel, ground one tablespoon of turmeric, with two tablespoons of olive oil added to it.
  •  Half a cup of fresh orange juice, if possible.
  •  A carton of curd.
  •  A small spoonful of the following spices (wild thyme, ground rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, curry, salt to taste).
  •  Quarter of a teaspoon of ground saffron.


 How to prepare the mixture:

 Add ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well with a hand-held egg beater.

 And add the washed and prepared chicken pieces for seasoning.

 Put the chicken in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.

 Remove the chicken from the pot and fry it on a low heat, adding a little water, and reduce the heat until fully cooked.

 You can add basmati rice or Egyptian rice to it and complement the usual rice settlement, add a little salt and make a kabsa with different seasoning from the chicken buried with turmeric and curry.
