 How to make pasta:

 Get a large bowl and put an appropriate amount of water in it.

 Wait until the water reaches the boiling point, then add two tablespoons of oil and half a teaspoon of salt.

 We break the strips of pasta in half and put them in the water, turning them from time to time.

 Wait for ten minutes and then stir the pasta well to make sure it is done.

 Take a colander and pour the pasta into it, washing it well with cold water

 To prepare the sauce:

 We prepare another bowl and put two tablespoons of oil in it.

  Ingredients:

  •  1/2 kilo of (chicken breasts), boneless, of medium thickness.
  •  1/4 cup of (olive oil).
  •  6 pcs of (chopped tomatoes).
  •  1 teaspoon of (crushed garlic).
  •  1 cup of (basil leaves).
  •  2 tablespoons of (butter).
  •  1/4 gram (noodle pasta).
  •  salt and pepper as needed.
  •  1 tablespoon of (parmesan cheese) grated.


 Method of preparation:

 First, season the chicken with salt and pepper in a suitable bowl.

 Take a suitable frying pan, heat the olive oil, and add the chicken pieces to it

 Fry on both sides until golden brown and almost done

 We remove the chicken from the pan, then add the tomatoes and a spoonful of garlic and stir over a low heat

 Until the tomatoes turn into a sauce.

 We add the butter, then return the chicken to the sauce until it is completely cooked, adding a little

 of water if needed.

 We bring another pot and put a little butter in it with a chopped onion, then put it on the fire and continue to stir

 We stir the mixture while reducing the heat until the meat is tender.

 We bring a deep pot and put the butter in it and then put it on the fire.
