  •  Three tablespoons of plain water.
  •  Two tablespoons of date molasses or pomegranate.

 Method of preparation:

 Preheat the oven to a high temperature of 400 degrees Celsius, with a rack in the middle.

 Bring a glass bowl and mix sugar, yeast and hot water in it, then leave them aside for three minutes.

 In a pyrex bowl, put the flour, salt and oil and mix, adding the yeast mixture.

 Knead these ingredients for at least seven minutes, then cover it with a dry towel and put it in a warm place for an hour to an hour and a half until it doubles in size.

 During this time, mix the molasses with sesame seeds and three tablespoons of water, and keep them aside.

 Divide the dough into four equal parts, then distribute a little flour on the surface and form the dough in the form of a circle.

 Repeat this step with the other pieces of dough, then cover and leave for another half hour.

  •  One-quarter cup of peeled walnuts.
  •  A cup and a half of black olives without a core.
  •  A clove of garlic, coarsely chopped.
  •  A quarter of a teaspoon of red hot pepper powder.
  •  A quarter of a teaspoon of cumin powder.
  •  A quarter of a teaspoon of dry ground coriander.
  •  A quarter of a teaspoon of ground sumac.
  •  A quarter of a teaspoon of oregano.
  •  Three tablespoons of lemon juice.
  •  Half a medium cup of olive oil.
  •  Black pepper and salt to taste.
  •  One bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped.

 Put the walnuts with a few types of legumes “barley” in a food processor, then grind them a little.

 Add garlic, olives and all kinds of spices to the food processor and chop them several times until the garlic and olives are soft.

 Then add the olives and lemon juice and mix them more than once.

 We add the water and bring it to a boil, then add the crumbled cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes smooth.

 We continue to stir from time to time while leaving it on a low heat, until the butter appears on the surface and serve hot.

 Ingredients:

  •  Two medium-sized onions, sliced.
  •  Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  •  Green or red pepper, peeled and cut into strips.
  •  A century of green chili pepper, cut into cubes and de-seeded.
  •  One and a half teaspoons of sugar.
  •  Four grains of eggs.
  •  400 grams of chopped tomatoes.
  •  A clove of minced garlic.
  •  Six tablespoons of yogurt.
  •  Two tablespoons of coarsely chopped parsley.
  •  Salt and black pepper to taste.

 Heat the oil in a Tefal frying pan, then add the onions and peppers and stir until cooked and soft, then add the sugar and tomatoes and mix well.

 Continue cooking until the liquid is reduced, then season with black pepper and salt.

 Cover the pan and leave it on a low heat until cooked.
