Recipes of boiled eggs
Traditional boiled eggs
Ingredients:
- big egg
- ⅛ teaspoon white vinegar
- ⅓ a cup of water
- Salt and black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Add water and white vinegar in the microwave bowl.
2. Crack the egg into the bowl, then pierce the yolk with a toothpick, and cover the bowl with a plastic lid loosely.
3. Microwave and cook for 1 minute or until desired doneness.
4. Remove the eggs from the hot water immediately, so that they do not continue to cook.
5. Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
Tameya stuffed with boiled eggs
Ingredients:
- ½ kilo of crushed beans
- big onion
- garlic head
- Bunch of parsley, dill and coriander
- tablespoon fennel
- ½ spoon dry coriander
- Salt, pepper, cumin and sumac
- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- Minced hot pepper for filling (to taste)

How to prepare:

Ingredients:
- Tuna can
- 8 large eggs
- Hot red pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves
- 3 dill sticks
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- tablespoon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
How to prepare:
1. Boil the eggs and leave them to cool, then peel them and divide each egg in half.
2. Remove the yolk from the heart of the eggs and put it in the bowl of the kibbeh.
3. Wash the bell pepper and dry it well with kitchen paper, then split it in half and remove the seeds.
4. Cut it into small pieces, then add it to the yolk.
5. Drain the tuna well from the water or oil, then add it to the kibbeh.
6. Separate the dill from the large sticks, add to the parsley leaves and chop them with a knife, then add to the eggs.
7. Mince the ingredients for a few seconds in a kibbeh, then pour the mixture into a medium bowl, and add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
8. Stir all ingredients well until they are completely incorporated, then re-stuff them in the egg white halves and serve.

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs

Method of preparation:

Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups flour
- ¼ cup white sugar
- Teaspoon salt
- Active dry yeast packet
- ⅔ a cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 5 whole eggs, colored if desired
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How to prepare:
1. In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, sugar, salt and yeast, and stir well.
2. Put the milk and butter in a small saucepan, heat it until the milk is warm and the butter is soft and not completely melted.
3. Gradually add the milk and butter to the flour mixture, stirring constantly
4. Add the two eggs and ½ cup of flour and beat well.
5. Add the remaining flour, ½ cup at a time, stirring well after each addition.
6. On a lightly floured surface, knead the mixture for 8 minutes until the mixture is smooth and elastic.
7. Grease a large bowl with a little oil, put the dough in the bowl and grease it with a little oil as well.
8. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to ferment and rise in a warm place, until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
9. Sprinkle the dough with a little flour, divide the dough into two equal size balls, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
10. Roll each ball until it is 90 cm long and 4 cm thick.
11. Use the two long pieces of dough, and shape them into a circular shape for a loose braid, leaving room for the 5 colored eggs.
12. Bring the ends of the circle together and use your fingers to hold the eggs between the strands of dough.
13. Preheat the oven to 175°C, put the loaf on a greased baking tray and cover it loosely with a damp towel.
14. Place the tray in a warm place and leave until the loaf has doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
15. Grease the top of the loaf with melted butter.
16. Bake in the hot oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden.
