  Ingredients:

  •  A third of a cup of white sugar.
  •  2 large potatoes, cut into medium slices.
  •  6 cups of vegetable oil.
  •  2 cups of warm water.
  •  Salt, to taste.


 Method of preparation:

 Dissolve sugar in warm water and put potatoes in it for 15 minutes.

 Method of preparation:

 Soak the potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain and dry well using paper towels.

 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

 Ingredients:

  •  1 kilo of potatoes
  •  2 eggs
  •  salt to taste
  •  1 teaspoon black pepper
  •  ½ cup water
  •  1 tablespoon butter, at room temperature
  •  2 ½ tablespoons flour


 Method of preparation:

 Boil the potatoes until soft, peel and mash them well.

 Add a pinch of salt and black pepper and stir well.

 Put the butter, water and a pinch of salt in a deep saucepan and stir over a medium to low heat until the butter melts and the water is hot.

 Add the flour and stir quickly until the flour absorbs the water and butter completely.

 Leave the mixture to cool a little, then add the eggs gradually, then add the first egg and stir until it disappears completely, then add the second and stir until the dough holds together.

 Add the dough to the mashed potatoes and stir until completely combined.

 Put the mixture in a pastry bag or a nylon bag and cut its tip.
