You can leave the meat blend one night before in the fridge in order that the meat would absorb all the spices and onions juice and also, to give you the shape in an easier way. After shaping the burgers, add on a pan with few drops of oil and on medium heat for a couple of minutes on each side. Add the burgers to the bread buns. Then, mix the soya beans along with pieces of tomatoes, onions and burger spices, salt, and pepper. After the blend is ready, you can shape it in round circles and put it on medium heat for 3 minutes on every side. Put in a bun and add lettuce and tomatoes as well as onions slice as per your preference. It is very beneficial and soya beans and high in nutritious value. It will substitute the meat's nutritional value.

Burgers can be taken with vegetables other than buns. You can add mushrooms, carrots, lettuce, broccoli, green beans, and peas on a pan and on medium heat for few minutes using olive oil. After few minutes, the vegetables would be heated and they will be fresh and with salt and pepper to them, perfect plate. However, you can make sauté vegetables using boiling water heat and place on the boiling water, the vegetables for 10-15 minutes till they are made. It will be the perfect plate when presented along with the burgers and at the same time, the vegetables add to the beneficial value of the place and to the supplements that dish will provide you with especially in the morning. Minted burger for breakfast

One of the unique ways that you can prepare your homemade burger would be by adding mint to the meat blend. But add a lot of mints since the blend is usually masking the taste of the mint. You can add three tablespoons of powder mint to the blend for half a kilo of minced meat.
